I want to reach out and give you a hug, but I can’t. I want to give you a high-five and tell you that you’re doing an amazing job, but I can’t. I want to give you a pat on the back and encourage you to keep on keeping on, but I can’t. So, instead of focusing on the negatives, I want to focus on the positives. I want to keep my platform a place of positivity because we all need sunshine and fun during these uncertain times.

As COVID-19 spreads and we are inundated with feelings of fear, anxiety, and overwhelm, I am hopeful for each of you that you’ll find much needed peace, respite, and clarity during this time … and for so much grace in every moment for yourself and others because goodness knows we all need it. Even though much of this is difficult, confusing, and overwhelming, I hope that you’ll find the silver lining in it all. Know that we’re all right here with you, and we are ALL in this together.

I want you to know that I am thankful for YOU. I want you to know that keeping my platform a place of positivity + light is important to me. I’m sending virtual hugs your way and wishes that you remain safe and healthy.

Let’s continue choosing social distancing not from a place of fear, but from a place of love to protect others. Take care of you, think of others, donate if you can, wash your hands, and let’s do everything we can to be there for each other without being there with each other.
