This mini photo session had me smiling from the top of Sugarloaf Mountain to the bottom. One of things I love most about being a family photographer is capturing the personalities of the kiddos. It’s incredible to me how kids in a family have such different personalities. There are those who are shy, those who want to be front and center, those who are silly, those who like to make silly faces, those who love adventure … the list can keep going on and on. This photo session was full of adventure, smiles, sticks, and silly faces.
I had the pleasure of photographing this cute family almost two years ago and it was amazing to see how much the kiddos have grown over the past few years. The sweet mama asked that the photo session be of just the kiddos, but I made sure to sneak the parents into a few of the photos since I think family photos are so important.
During the photo session, we laughed, played, allowed the kids to be themselves, and went with the flow. The end result? Photos that I hope the family will cherish forever, especially those cute and silly faces.
