During this photo session at the top of Sugarloaf Mountain, I overheard one onlooker say, “Oh my goodness. What a beautiful family. What beautiful grandkids.” That person couldn’t have been more spot on.

From the cute smiles to the perfectly coordinating outfits to the incredible love and fun they all shared, this photo session was definitely memorable for so many amazing reasons.

I loved meeting part of this family during a mini photo session this past fall. When the sweet mama asked me to photograph the extended family—grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins—I couldn’t wait for the session to start. We met at the top of the mountain, had quite an adventure on the rocks, and then worked our way down the mountain for photos I hope they will cherish forever and ever.
